nevver: Your moment of Zen Sometimes I have this moment whilst meditating. You are sitting there, calmly focusing your attention on your breathe, letting any thoughts that bubble to the surface unconsciously come and flow by. Then after what seems forever you kinda ‘break through’ to this calm where you are aware of your own awareness It’s as though there is a brain that makes thoughts arise, ego-based one’s ala “what I want, thoughts of persons you’re attracted to, boredom” and then there’s this extra awareness viewing your brain’s actions. It’s surreal to say the least.
